Shortlet / luxury apartment rentals

Yacht and private jet coordination

Services may be provided directly or through trusted partners.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability

Prices may vary based on service, date, duration, and demand

A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a booking

Corporate billing is available for approved accounts

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Transportation Services

Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to fees

No-shows are non-refundable

Car Rentals

Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit deposits

Shortlet / Apartment Rentals

Subject to property-specific cancellation policies

Yacht, Jet & VIP Experiences

Typically non-refundable once confirmed

Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate booking information

Behave respectfully toward drivers and staff

Follow vehicle and property rules

Be responsible for damages caused

Smoking, illegal activity, or misconduct may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

6. Wait Time & Delays

Airport arrivals include complimentary wait time

Additional waiting may incur charges

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

7. Liability Disclaimer

Yankee Luxury Company is not liable for:

Lost or forgotten personal items

Delays caused by third parties

Acts of nature, accidents, or force majeure events

Clients assume responsibility for personal belongings.

8. Vehicle & Property Damage

Clients may be charged for:

Excessive cleaning

Damage to vehicles or properties

Missing items

9. Safety & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a client:

Appears intoxicated

Acts aggressively

Requests illegal actions

Creates unsafe conditions

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
