1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Yankee Luxury Company (“we,” “our,” “YLC”).
By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

2. GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

2.1 By booking with Yankee Luxury Company, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2.2 YLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

2.3 All clients must be at least 18 years of age to book services.
Car rentals require
21+ with valid license.

2.4 Misconduct, abuse, threats, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate service cancellation without refund.

3. BOOKING & PAYMENT

3.1 All bookings must be submitted through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or confirmed email.

3.2 Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or approved corporate billing.

3.3 A deposit may be required to secure bookings, depending on service type.

3.4 Full payment is required before the service date unless otherwise approved.

3.5 Prices may vary based on season, demand, vehicle type, distance, or package selection.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

4.1 Chauffeur / Corporate Car / Airport Services

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before pickupFull refund.

  • Cancellations made under 24 hours50% refund or credit.

  • No-showsNo refund.

4.2 Car Rentals

  • Cancellations 48 hours before pickupFull refund.

  • Under 48 hours → Deposit forfeited.

4.3 Shortlet / Luxury Apartments

  • Cancellations 7 days before check-inFull refund.

  • Under 7 days → No refund.

4.4 Yacht & Jet Reservations

Due to third-party vendors:

  • Non-refundable after booking is confirmed.

  • Date changes may carry fees.

4.5 VIP Experience Packages

  • Cancellations 72 hours before eventPartial refund based on costs incurred.

  • Under 72 hours → No refund.

5. SERVICE RULES

5.1 Chauffeur & Black Car Services

  • Drivers will wait 15 minutes grace period for standard trips.

  • Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free wait time.

  • Extra wait time is billed per 15 minutes.

5.2 Airport Transfers

  • Clients must provide flight number for tracking.

  • Delayed flights are not charged, but missed flights are treated as no-shows.

5.3 Vehicle Cleanliness & Damage

Clients are responsible for:

  • Damage

  • Excessive cleaning

  • Smoking violations

  • Lost items

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

5.4 Car Rentals

Renter must present:

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Proof of insurance

  • Security deposit (if required)

Mileage limits and late return fees apply.

5.5 Shortlet / Luxury Apartments

Clients agree to:

  • Respect property rules

  • Avoid parties (unless approved)

  • Maintain cleanliness

  • Cover damages or missing items

5.6 Concierge Services

All concierge tasks must be legal and reasonable.
YLC reserves the right to decline inappropriate or unsafe requests.

5.7 Yacht & Jet Bookings

Clients must comply with:

  • Maritime rules

  • Aviation safety regulations

  • Crew instructions

  • Boarding schedules

Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund.

5.8 VIP Experience Packages

Security may be required for certain events.
Unruly behavior may terminate service.

6. LIABILITY & SAFETY

6.1 YLC is not responsible for:

  • Personal items left in vehicles or apartments

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors

  • Third-party vendor errors (e.g., yachts, jets)

6.2 Vehicles are insured; however, clients may be responsible for damages due to negligence.

6.3 We prioritize client safety and may refuse service if:

  • Client behaves aggressively

  • Client appears intoxicated

  • Client requests illegal actions

8. FORCE MAJEURE

YLC is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Extreme weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Accidents

  • Government restrictions

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of:
New Jersey, United States.
