REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At Yankee Luxury Company, we are committed to providing exceptional luxury transportation and lifestyle services.
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services.

By booking with us, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.


2. General Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to the service booked, notice period, and costs already incurred.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable.

Processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


3. Transportation Services

(Corporate Car, Chauffeur, Airport Transfers)

✔ Cancellations

24+ hours before scheduled pickup:
→ Full refund or service credit.

Less than 24 hours before pickup:
→ Partial refund or service credit at our discretion.

No-shows:
→ No refund.

✔ Delays

Flight delays are monitored for airport transfers and do not result in penalties.

Client-caused delays may incur additional charges.


4. Car Rental Services

48+ hours before pickup:
→ Full refund.

Less than 48 hours:
→ Deposit may be forfeited.

Early returns are not eligible for partial refunds unless approved in writing.


5. Shortlet / Luxury Apartment Rentals

Refunds are subject to property-specific cancellation terms.

In most cases:

7+ days before check-in: Full or partial refund.

Less than 7 days: No refund.

Cleaning fees, service fees, and damages are non-refundable.


6. Yacht Rentals & Marine Experiences

Due to vendor commitments and operational costs:

Yacht rentals are non-refundable once confirmed.

Weather-related cancellations may qualify for:

Rescheduling, or

Partial credit (at our discretion).


7. Private Jet Reservations

All private jet bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Changes or cancellations may incur additional charges from aviation partners.

Credits may be issued depending on operator policies.


8. VIP Experience Packages

72+ hours before event:
→ Partial refund or service credit (minus incurred costs).

Less than 72 hours:
→ No refund.

Custom setups, décor, staffing, and third-party bookings are non-refundable.


9. Concierge Services

Concierge fees are non-refundable once service has begun.

Third-party bookings made through concierge services are subject to the provider’s refund policy.


10. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Strikes or emergencies


11. Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Suspension of services

Account termination
